Project Executive

You will be working on exhibitions projects, domestic and overseas with the responsibilities;

· Present and close deal to existing and prospective clients

· Perform critical thinking and conceptualize booth direction of existing/potential clients to meet their needs

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships

· Reach out to client leads through cold calling

· Provide solution to customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

· Coordinate sales effort with team members and site execution with vendors

· Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

· Proven work experience will be an advantage

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Familiarity with ADOBE Illustrator, Photoshop and Google Sketchup will be an advantage

· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

· Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

· Prioritizing, time management and organization skills

· Ability to create and deliver presentation tailored to the audience needs

· Passion for this industry.

3D Designer

Responsibilities;

· Independently able to do research, conceptualize and design in 3D for various types of clients based on brief provided

· Able to interpret brief and convert it into effective space planning, concept with narrative which turns into photorealistic 3D presentation.

· Able to produce detailed layout, elevations and component plans in CAD or similar software

· Occasionally needed to be onsite (Domestic and International expo/event)

· Work closely with the team in ensuring the design aligned with the client’s requirements.

Requirements

· Passionate about the industry

· Self-motivated and have the desire to be the best in the industry

· Diploma / Degree qualification in exhibition and interior design or equivalent

· Proven work experience will be an advantage

· Proficient using software like 3DsMax, Sketchup and other creative software to create creative photorealistic presentation

· Some knowledge about Metaverse will be an advantage

· Able to travel internationally when needed
